Returns Policy
All items are non refundable however we will be happy to exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your purchase. All eligible items can be exchanged for another size or product of the same value, or a credit note can be provided.

Returns must be sent within 7 days of initial request. Any returns received outside of this will be sent back to sender.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND THEREFORE NON RETURNABLE

All items are quality checked before they are posted to you. If you receive a damaged or faulty item please get in touch within 48 hours via Instagram or email ohlamodaboutique@gmail.com with your order number and photo of the item, we can then arrange an exchange for the same item or a refund.

ANY ORDERS PLACED VIA TIKTOK SHOP CAN ONLY BE DEALT WITH VIA TIKTOK

An exchange will only be provided where the item has been unworn with original labels attached. The cost of the return will not be paid by Oh La Moda Boutique. We recommend you send the item via recorded delivery as we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged parcels.

If you wish to cancel your order please note you will only be eligible for this if your order hasn't already been shipped. ​

If we receive a parcel outside of the 14 day policy, then the parcel will be returned to the customer and the customer will need to cover the cost of the returned item.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is sent via Royal Mail which costs either £3.99 for 48Hour Tracked or £5 for 24Hour Tracked.

How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders will be posted within 1 - 2 working days (including Saturday).
Items posted via Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked For can take 1 - 2 working days to arrive or 48 Hour Tracked can take 3 - 5 working days to arrive. Once your item has been posted you will receive a tracking reference via email.
